What are Driveline Mechanics?
Driveline mechanics use today’s bio-mechanic research with the use of weighted balls and Jaeger bands to remap the arm to create a healthy and strong throwing arm.
What is a Jaeger Band?
A Jaeger band is also known as a J-band. The J-Band is a tool used in a series of exercises for warm up and recovery. It creates and maintains arm strength in or out of season while, promoting arm health, strength, and endurance.
How Often Can I Train with Weighted Balls?
You can train with weighted balls up to 6 times per week. Ballistic throws only once per week in a controlled environment with a coach.
How Often Can I Play Long Toss?
Long toss can be played up to 3 times a week. Should be 10 throws at max distance with you and your partner.
